Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Permanent, Full Time, Remote, Australia/ New Zealand Wide

About the Role

As the Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you'll own and scale one of the brand's highest-growth customer acquisition channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll build our affiliate, creator, ambassador and strategic partnerships program, helping drive customer acquisition and revenue as we continue our global expansion.

You'll work closely with creators, affiliates and strategic partners globally.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Partnership Growth

  • Develop influencer and creator outreach strategies to continuously grow our partnership network across key markets and channels
  • Identify, recruit, onboard and manage high-performing affiliates, influencers, creators, ambassadors and strategic partners who align with the brand
  • Identify new partnership opportunities including podcasts, wellness practitioners,health experts, communities, content creators and complementary brands
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, gifting programs, paid collaborations and long-term ambassador agreements

Partner & Creator Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and partners through regular communication, performance reviews, product education and collaborative campaign planning
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a best-in-class experience and timely resolution of questions, requests and opportunities

Commercial Performance & Growth

  • Own the commercial performance of the Affiliate & Partnerships channel by analysing key metrics, identifying growth opportunities, testing new initiatives and continuously optimising performance to increase customer acquisition, revenue and ROI
  • Prepare regular reports and insights on partnership performance, growth opportunities, campaign results and market trends

Campaigns &Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate product seeding, creator activations, affiliate campaigns, launches and promotional initiatives to drive awareness, traffic and revenue
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, CRM and Ecommerce teams to develop compelling content, campaign assets, landing pages and promotional materials

Program Development & Optimization

  • Take ownership of the channel by identifying opportunities, testing new ideas and driving continuous improvement with minimal supervision
  • Build scalable affiliate and partnership processes, systems and playbooks as the program continues to grow globally
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness, scalability and operational efficiency of the affiliate and partnerships program
  • Stay up to date with developments in influencer marketing, creator economy trends,affiliate platforms and partnership best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 4-6 years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, influencer marketing or creator partnerships within a high-growth DTC ecommerce business.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with platforms such as GoAffPro, GA4, Klaviyo, Impact, Awin or similar is highly regarded. Knowledge of TikTok Shop is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, think commercially, solve problems independently and build new initiatives from the ground up.
  • A passion for digital marketing and keeping up to date with industry trends.
  • An interest in health, wellness, biohacking or consumer health products is highly regarded.
