The Opportunity
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Brand & Social will lead brand storytelling, social strategy, and community engagement across owned and earned channels. This role will ensure consistency across campaigns, elevate cultural relevance, and scale influencer and social initiatives that strengthen brand equity while supporting commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership
· Lead execution of integrated brand campaigns across social, influencer, email, and PR.
· Develop launch strategies aligned with merchandising and growth priorities.
· Build campaign decks and messaging frameworks that ensure narrative clarity.
· Protect and evolve brand voice, positioning, and storytelling standards.
· Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
2. Social & Community Growth
· Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels.
· Drive community growth, engagement, and organic amplification.
· Identify cultural moments and trends to inform content direction.
· Monitor performance analytics to optimize storytelling and cadence.
3. Influencer & Affiliate Strategy
· Scale influencer and UGC programs aligned with brand values.
· Partner cross-functionally to integrate affiliates into launch strategy.
· Evaluate creator partnerships based on engagement, conversion, and brand alignment.
4. Creative Production Oversight
· Oversee social-first creative development including short-form video, lifestyle content, and campaign assets.
· Lead and attend key photoshoots and content productions, including travel where required.
· Approve final assets across social, PDP, homepage, and email.
5. Team & Process Leadership
· Lead and mentor Brand, Social, and Community team members.
· Establish structured briefing processes and marketing calendars.
· Manage social and influencer budgets responsibly.
· Introduce reporting frameworks that measure brand health and engagement.
About You
· 8+years in brand and social leadership within DTC or consumer brands.
· Director-level experience within a scaled consumer business.
· Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator ecosystems.
· Experience leading integrated campaigns at scale.
· Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
