This fast-scaling, social-first direct-to-consumer accessories brand has built a highly engaged community and a strong performance marketing engine. With continued momentum across paid social and creative-led growth, the business is now entering an accelerated phase of U.S. expansion and channel diversification.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing will own the full-funnel, revenue-driving marketing strategy across acquisition, retention,creative, and brand.
This executive role will align performance and brand strategy, scale U.S. growth, and build the marketing organisation required to support the next stage of significant revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership
· Define and execute full-funnel marketing strategy aligned to revenue and contribution margin targets.
· Steward seven-figure monthly ad spend across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels.
· Improve CAC, MER, LTV, and overall marketing efficiency.
· Lead U.S. market positioning and expansion strategy.
2. Creative & Performance Integration
· Drive hooks strategy, UGC programs, short-form video testing, and creative velocity.
· Oversee campaign ideation through execution across performance and brand.
· Partner with agencies while maintaining strong strategic ownership.
· Lead major photoshoots and brand moments, including travel where required.
3. Channel Diversification
· Scale TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing programs.
· Explore and validate emerging acquisition channels including Pinterest and YouTube.
· Strengthen lifecycle marketing and retention programs.
4. Team & Organisational Leadership
· Build and lead Brand, Social, Creative, and Growth teams.
· Establish clear accountability frameworks and performance reporting.
· Develop leadership depth to support continued organisational scale.
5. Budget & Performance Management
· Own marketing budget, pacing, and ROI visibility.
· Implement structured reporting dashboards and forward-looking growth forecasts.
About You
· 10+years in DTC marketing leadership.
· Experiencescaling $50M–$300M+ consumer brands.
· Deep expertise across Meta, TikTok, and short-form creative ecosystems.
· Strong commercial and financial acumen.
· Proven team-building and organisational leadership capability.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
