About

Our client is an Australian design brand celebrated for premium, handcrafted furniture and elegant home interiors.

They are expanding rapidly across Australia and are looking for a talented Content & Influencer Manager to elevate the creative storytelling and brand visibility.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for all things content and influencer, creating visually stunning stories that bring our client’s aesthetic to life across social, email, and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute campaigns, while managing collaborations with influencers, creators,and photographers.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll help shape how Australians discover and connect with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

·       Plan and execute monthly content calendars across social media, email, and web.

·       Produce and edit photo and video content for organic, paid, and showroom use.

·       Manage influencer partner ships, from outreach and negotiation to whitelisting and performance tracking.

·       Coordinate shoots and creative production with photographers and stylists.

·       Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and aesthetic across all creative.

·       Design simple digital assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (social graphics, ad visuals, look books).

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign launches and product storytelling.

·       Monitor engagement and report on content performance and influencer ROI.

Skills & Experience

·       3-5+ years in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media management (ideally in lifestyle or furniture brands).

·       Proven experience creating video and photo content.

·       Strong visual and aesthetic sense with attention to detail.

·       Experience managing influencer or creator campaigns.

·       Competent in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

·       Understanding of Meta and TikTok creative formats.

·       Bonus: Basic Shopify or Klaviyo experience.
