Head of Growth Marketing
Location: Grand Central, NYC (Hybrid preferred –Remote considered)
Overview
Our client is apremium wellness brand on a mission to raise the bar for baby and toddler care,starting with clean skincare and now expanding into supplements. Founded in2021, they are now gearing up to scale to $40-50M+ in 2025.
With a small,passionate team and strong product-market fit, our client is looking for astrategic, creative, and performance-driven Head of Growth / Marketing totake ownership of their next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
You’ll havefull ownership of the marketing function and be responsible for:
· Developingand executing a growth roadmap toscale revenue to $50M
· Leadingall paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, trying to expand toAppLovin, Youtube), supported by a seasoned agency partner
· Owninglifecycle and retention strategiesacross Klaviyo and Recharge
· Briefinginfluencers and UGC creators anddriving content strategy
· Streamliningand owning the marketing calendar
· Managingand mentoring theGraphic Designer and Social Media Manager
· Settingand tracking performance across channels using Triple Whale
· Managinga $1mm–$1.5mm / monthly budget,with the experience to scale beyond that
What YouBring
· Experiencescaling a D2C supplement or wellness brand, ideally with a subscriptionmodel
· Provensuccess managing large paid media budgets ($1mm+ / month)
· Strongexperience with Meta, Google, and TikTok ads
· Abilityto lead influencer/UGC strategy and brief content creators effectively
· Experiencewith email/SMS marketing and customer retention (Klaviyo, Recharge)
· Atest-and-learn mindset, with the ability to balance strategy with hands-onexecution
· Comfortablemanaging a small creative team and grow it
