As they continue to grow, they are seeking a rockstar Head of Social to join their team and contribute to their vision.

The Role

They’re looking for a world-class Head of Social to lead the charge across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, building a category-defining social presence thatdrives both brand love and performance. You’ll report directly to their Founder & CEO, and collaborate closely with their performance, creative, influencer, and brand teams. This isn’t a traditional social media role, you’ll be leading a team, managing major budgets, and driving meaningful growth.

 

What You’llDo

·      Drive the full social strategy, from organic content and creative direction to paid amplification and community engagement.

·      Lead and manage a team of creatives, editors, and media buyers across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring top-tier execution.

·      Concept, launch, and scale compelling campaigns, ad creative, and content series thatengage and convert.

·      Oversee and optimize a multi-million-dollar monthly spend across social platforms to maximize results.

·      Stay on the pulse of emerging trends, content formats, and cultural shifts to keep our client ahead of the curve.

·      Work cross-functionally with influencer, creative, CX, and product teams to deliver a unified brand experience.

·      Track performance, test relentlessly, and double down on what works, refining or phasing out what doesn’t.
