Social Media Manager

Role Overview
They are looking for a Social Media Manager who is equal parts storyteller and content producer, someone who can take a brief and turn it into scroll-stopping creative for TikTok, Meta, and beyond. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Head of Social to bring big ideas to life through emotionally resonant, culturally relevant, and performance-minded content.
Key Responsibilities
CreativeDevelopment & Campaign Execution
• Interpretcreative briefs and translate them into platform-specific social and contentconcepts
• Collaboratewith the Creative Director and Head of Social to craft original creative
treatments thatalign with campaign goals, product launches, and brand storytelling
• Supportconcepting for brand campaigns, social-first activations, influencer/editorialcontent, and evergreen storytelling
• Developcontent outlines, shot lists, and storyboards for internal and externalcreators
• Help leadcreative brainstorms and contribute ideas rooted in cultural trends, memes,audio, or real customer moments
ContentProduction & Storytelling
• Produceshort-form video and visual content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, andother emerging platforms
• Write copythat reflects their brand voice, warm, thoughtful, and real
• Be hands-onwith editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Rush, etc.) to bring concepts to life quickly
• Capture ordirect behind-the-scenes, campaign, and in-the-moment content during shoots andevents Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work withcreative, influencer, and performance teams to ensure all content is alignedand cohesive across channels
• Providecreative assets and direction to support influencer briefs, whitelisting, paid
campaigns, andproduct drops
• Coordinatewith external editors, creators, or freelancers when needed to scale contentoutput
Performance& Optimization
• Monitor andtrack the performance of content with the support of the Head of Social
• Use insightsto iterate on concepts and develop next-gen creative
• Stay up todate on platform shifts, content trends, and cultural conversations
RequiredQualifications
• 2–3 year’sexperience in social content, creative production, or brand storytelling
• Provenability to take a campaign brief and turn it into social-first creative ideasacross multiple platforms
• Strongwriting skills with an intuitive understanding of tone, pacing, and emotional
resonance
• Hands-onexperience producing and editing video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Familiaritywith creative workflows, content calendars, and production timelines
• Fluent inplatform-native tools and trends, TikTok editing, transitions, trending audio,etc.
