This fast-scaling direct-to-consumer accessories brand is entering an important phase of international expansion and product growth. As the business evolves,cohesive and elevated brand expression across product, campaigns, and digitalchannels is increasingly critical.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Creative Director will lead creative strategy, campaign direction, and visual standards across all channels. This role will ensure brand consistency while supporting revenue growth and category expansion.
· Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity and creative standards.
· Ensure cohesion across campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences.
· Maintain strong alignment between design and marketing storytelling.
2. Campaign & Production Leadership
· Lead concept development for seasonal campaigns and major launches.
· Direct photoshoots and creative productions, including international travel where required.
· Oversee asset creation across paid, social, email, and ecommerce channels.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Marketing to align creative output with growth objectives.
· Collaborate with Merchandising to support product storytelling.
· Support the Ecommerce team on site visual direction and content consistency.
4. Team Development & Process
· Lead Art Direction, Graphic Design, and Production teams.
· Establish structured creative workflows and review processes.
· Mentor and develop creative talent.
· Maintain consistently high standards of output quality.
About You
· 8+years in creative leadership within DTC fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
· Experience leading creative teams in high-growth environments.
· Strong understanding of digital-first brand building.
· Experience directing large-scale campaign production.
· Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred.
